Our Services

Deep Tissue

Pressure focused on the deeper layers of tissue to release overall tension. While the slow, consistent work targets deep muscle fibers, this does not have to utilize excess pressure. This type of massage is best utilized for maintenance with chronic pain, or simply a body tune-up.

Neuromuscular

Work within both the muscular and nervous systems to ensure they are “on the same page” and working together. This modality utilizes varying amounts of pressure, speed, and techniques to break through muscle patterning that does not benefit your current goals. This type of massage is best for traumatic injuries and chronic pain.

Sports/Orthopedic

Incorporating movement into the massage, muscles will reset and be ready to perform. Movements will be faster to wake up the neuromuscular system, and I will move your body around to increase range of motion. Not just for athletes, this is mainly used to get the whole body more agile and ready for an event.

Myofascial

Lighter, sustained pressure with gentle traction to melt your muscles and connective tissue. Though deep pressure is not utilized, the release of fascia in your body will decrease tension and make your movements lighter. This type of massage is best for increasing mobility and releasing tension when deep tissue can’t be done.

Swedish

Reduce tension and stress as your body is given the space to breathe and reconnect with itself. Pressure will flow from light to deep to spot-reduce tension, but overall relaxation is achieved. This modality is for anyone looking to destress.
